Incorrect Amateur.

With half life issue, to keep concentration above therapeutic level -the patient may have be on 24 hour IV, which is not possible.

Continuous infusion pumps have been previously suggested and have been around for many years. Oral delivery is preferable.

Keeping conc below therapeutic level will make it ineffective

Certainly keeping the concentration below therapeutic levels makes a drug ineffective. Bolusing the drug with peaks and valleys of concentration is suboptimal but common with delivery of many drugs and may achieve the desired therapeutic effect. Also, one of you previous posts suggest that after about three half lives the drug is at a "negligible" concentration. Without establishing a dose-response relationship this is inaccurate.

Off to work with real people and real drugs.
