Yes thats very possible, there are many uses for LF and enough space to have several of each type of machine for medium volume manufacturing. If Li then lands a big contract he will outsource to Eontec or find another facility to fit-out. Thanks to JM's calculations we know LF could hold 27 machines.

Exactly right.

Scale up will be performed at other locations in the US to cater to specific industries. (TSLA on the west coast, for example, is not the US automobile industry. Might check with GM, Ford, Honda, Toyota, etc. in case they arent sure)

This location is purposefully designed and engineered to be a very limited facility.

Others who have not seen the facility are throwing out numbers of machines that can be placed here way too high. They forget that a lot of the floor space is dedicated to normal storage, packing and shipping functions.

I don't think many have ever set foot in a full fledged manufacturing plant.

Remember those who thought RSM was a manufacturing site at the first OH?

Strongly suggest that those who doubt this talk to management at the OH.
They will confirm what you said.
