Mexico is within North America, not South America as WW suggested. According to 1.21 as listed, LMT Exclusive Territory consists of the United States and the rest of North America. Hence, may we conclude that for the purposes of the cross licensing agreement, that Mexico lies within LMT Exclusive Territory?
