CC Writer -- my pre-existing condition had nothing to do with it -- I'm very financially secure (top 1%) and always paid my bills promptly and in full (the COBRA 'coverage' I'd had and for over two decades had been the only 'coverage' of any sort I could get before Obamacare/the ACA actually ONLY reimbursed 80% of my prescription costs, and covered NOTHING else)

the responsibility for the changes in/any increases in the complexity of medical billing/accounting under Obamacare/the ACA has fallen squarely on the insurers, not Obamacare/the ACA as such

Having a sister-in-law and niece employed in the medical billing arena, I think they would disagree with you. So would my dermatologist.


That depends on how many billing systems they actually had to deal with.
