F6: my doctors -- all of them -- supported and welcomed Obamacare/the ACA, and have continued to do so

If you had preexisting conditions, I'm sure they welcome the insurance

F6: the overwhelming bulk of the blame for all the paperwork has always fallen on the insurers -- before Obamacare/the ACA as well as under Obamacare/the ACA

Having a sister-in-law and niece employed in the medical billing arena, I think they would disagree with you. So would my dermatologist.
