Happy... personally, I don't believe the FDA would allow DvaxL to be administered after progression, THEN say that the trial was a failure when these patients progressed more slowly, or progression is halted... They were PROGRESSING prior to DvaxL being administered... Totally illogical to assume the fda is either that stupid or that crooked...
If the patients that are living longer are ones who were given DvaxL (either originally or crossover), and either PFS or OS is significant, it should and will be approved. This of course is my opinion.
