It hasn’t been dismissed yet, but the fact that this petition had to rely on a combination of FOUR pieces of prior art to barely scrape a coherent argument together is a sign of how solid SFOR’s patent is. So dismissal is preferred. Nothing else to be gained by fighting it and winning.
I don't know about it being moot but you'd have to assume that it would will go in SFOR's favor and this most recent Entrust settlement is proof of that.
