First they lost the lawsuit then they lost the appeal then the majority of the patent was invalidated now they owe damages
Shareholders wouldn't have shoveled millions of dollars into the furnace & diluted billions of shares, if Halpern had just been locked out of the office and not allowed to try screw things up.
