MAXD has never won an appeal. This this time will be different?

It's obvious to the entire world that the failed lawsuit against Google was a mistake from many angles.

Filing an appeal doesn't mean they don't have to pay. Is that just your opinion or do you have a link to a court order stating that?

When you have a judgment against you from a court, you can have up to four appeals. If you don't win the appeal, the court order stands as granted for the full amount. If MAXD does win the appeal, then Google has the right to appeal that as well.

But the previous post is right. MAXD has NEVER won an appeal. If it has, could you provide a link and not an opinion.
