Well, I imagine Kay would think they did "do well" if they were able to avoid discovery which could jeopardize ALL their patent claims. I'm guessing SFOR and Entrust agreed to drop the patent action and Entrust's countersuit so Kay could avoid having his action's weaknesses aired in open court.
