Manti - ERHE's rights ARE transferable. See paragraph 5.3 of the Administration Agreement [the agreement between ERHE and the JDA].

Were ERHC transfers to a technically and financially qualifies person any or all of the working interests to which this Agreement relates in accordance with the Option Agreement [the agreement between ERHE and Sao Tome], the JDA will within 14 days:

Grant all such approvals and/or do all such things as may be necessary to recognize and give effect to such arrangement or transfer; and

forward to ERHE and/or transferee or transferees evidence of such approvals and/or thingsina form reasonably satisfactory to ERHC.

I guess we can be assured that a lot of people at ERHC and our operating partners are working their A's off to see that a lot of good comes out of these Blocks 2, 3, and 4.
