I guess the only approved GBM therapy is Optune on top of Avastin chemo to date. Here in the DCVaxL trial, to date >90 patients are still alive. While the PFS for the similar population was positive in the optune arm, what makes you think, PFS here failed but >90 patients are still alive. How is that possible? If PFS failed, 2 years ago like all you Ex and AFs claim, can any of you please explain how is it possible for the once progressed patients to be alive for this many months while the norm is < 10months.
