That is the view of one person..Maybe there should be a survey taken with ALL Longs participating.

One single view..... I will tend to disregard.

Haven't see You post here before?

Uplisting will definitely draw Institutional Funds to AMFE.

Uplisting unto itself maybe not, however that is only one part of the puzzle. Uplisting allows a greater pool of people who can invest. A large amount of people cannot use whatever vehicle they are using to invest to invest in Pinks. So more investors have access to AMFE.

Uplisting allows access to better financial access and terms. Like the ‘Big 5’ Canadian banks can be used for lines of credit and short term cash infusions without having to dilute. All companies use short term debt during heavy growth phases, better money from a bank than a convertible note or other dilutive toxic financing.

The uplist will also be combined with record Q1 numbers, a whole year of solid increasing fundamentals with future projections of continued growth. The fundamentals will have been audited and held to a higher reporting structure standard, giving much more confidence in the stock. This part is very important, as an example just the other day one ihub poster put out AMFE and his experience on reddit. 231 comments, almost every single one instantly dismissed AMFE as a pink scam and are yelling sell sell sell! (I made commentary under the name ‘SolidWK’) There is just a giant stigma associated with pink sheet stocks that cannot be overcome by most people.
The uplist ‘legitimizes’ AMFE at a fundamental investor mindset. Folks will actually start doing DD and seeing the potential AMFE is actualizing.

AMFE is rapidly growing, expanding, making a name for itself, the uplist is just one piece of the Journey and it is an extremely important one. So while nothing in life is guaranteed, I strongly believe this aspect of AMFE growth will absolutely bring the pps up over time, and more than likely have a fairly immediate effect due to the sheer Q1 financials and dividend spinoff.

AMFE is an OTC legend in the making, it will start getting more and more coverage by others. When it is hitting wave 2-3 on its franchising plan, imagine it will start getting coverage on national level programs as an incredibly company growth story continuing to exponentially drive investor interest.

As always:

It all depends on the story: Not many penny stocks are in the position that this company is in, so it makes no sense comparing it to an uplisting company that has no growth momentum.

AMFEs average volume should increase because some people are restricted from buying pink sheet stocks... on top of the many people that don’t trust them

Uplisting will also bring a higher level of respect/trust for a company that deserves to be a Nasdaq small cap... Very rarely do you find a micro cap growing at this RATE.

Companies that grow at this RATE deserve p/e ratio’s in the hundreds, but in order to achieve that, you need to have clean/audited books, so people can see it is real... Penny CEOs will claim anything, but how often do they actually prove it on the balance sheet?

Most penny stocks achieve nothing, so their financials/uplisting/etc is meaningless... while AMFE is headed for $20,000,000+ over the next year. With the potential for A LOT more if their self published title is a hit and/or the G3 orders pile up as the government testing/pesticide regulations begin.

I believe AMFE pps will move up substantially prior to uplisting.......chart is looking extremely ripe.
