One cannot lose sight that this also brings reputation to the table. Ropes and Gray, Black and Rome provide Strikeforce suing these companies and winning showing the corporate companies who actually is the true source of the technology, in this emerging field.

That overall will support the process of contract deals directly with fortune 500 companies. I don't think 10 to 30 million dollar settlements being rolled out for the next 5 years as an unrealistic probability. Lots of companies trying to push SFOR around. My 2 cents.

IMSO there's a lot more going on and TPG/INTEL was involved with R&G / $SFOR connection! ;-)

MSFT/PF settle last year. So far this year Entrust in the process of settling o/a 27 OCT -- 7 months from litigation start! ;-)

Connecting some dots:
https://globenewswire.com/news-release/2017/03/20/942168/0/en/StrikeForce-Sues-Gemalto-Vasco-Entrust-SecureAuth-for-Patent-Infringement.html

Blank Rome (BR) law firm: MSFT/PF – settled 16Q1, and suits against DUO, Trustwave, and Centrify -- (D/T/C) JUN 2016.

There was a D/T/C settlement conference in JAN 2017 but, no agreements and most likely because didn’t like how much money they needed to pay! So onward push for Intellectual Property Review (IPR). We’re close to a decision from the Judge to Deny or Grant o/a 17 OCT. Hold this thought….while keeping in mind the R&G/TPG/INTEL/McAfee biz relationships and $SFOR/ACS had already been working with INTEL and McAfee!

1. Power House R&G comes onboard 20 MAR 2017 and start IP infringements suits with 4 others Gemalto, Inc/SafeNet, Vasco Data Security, Entrust Datacard and SecureAuth! I'm pretty sure R&G already in talks with $SFOR sooner then 20 MAR 2017
2. R&G added to the D/T/C litigation docs along with BR. SFT said okay got it at the JAN 2017 settlement conf and yes Mr. Kay was ready and added R&G to those cases! After the docs that have been filed by the parties, it’s very clear that the IPR should be denied by the Judge and settle! We will find out soon enough.
3. These 3 not part of an IPR – Gemalto, Inc/SafeNet, Vasco Data Security and SecureAuth….shouldn’t be too much further.
4. R&G previous work with TPG and INTEL, and also did the TPG INTEL McAfee spin-off in APR 2017!
5. $SFOR IP McAfee ePO compliant and works with INTEL hw.
6. McAfee ePO also designed to work with INTEL hw.
7. 2 months later after the D/T/C settlement conf with SFOR agreements couldn’t be reached – $SFOR PRs R&G onboard now!
8. Looks like 2 parties (TPG/INTEL owners of McAfee) highly interested in $SFOR IP was involved with R&G and $SFOR.
9. Oh wait....and there’s this recent 8K for litigation funding by “2 Parties (the Funders)"....once again sure sounds like TPG and INTEL! https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1285543/000147793217004407/sfor_8k.htm
10. Anyone have questions who will buy $SFOR OOB/MFA IP?? Not me! ;-)

Having said the above, if for some crazy reason the Judge doesn't deny IPR D/T/C, those 3 will take a longer, but $SFOR/R&G will WIN! And Treble/3x damages!

The other 3 currently not part of an IPR and will most likely fall in-line with what Entrust did or risk paying 3x/Treble Damages for dragging it out!

There's been talks both TPG and McAfee will go PUBCO and there's better ways than a traditional IPO, less expensive and tax benefits could apply as well.
