There’s still 2-4 months here before we are clear of all IPR proceedings. Then it’ll get huge here. All that’s left is 13 cable companies that have admitted using the product. Their only hope from there is to convince a jury what they’ve been using is actually slightly different. If they in fact are using our IP, our lawyers should be good enough to bring home the money.
