Read page 17 (number at bottom of page and not scroll bar). They claim affiliates (me) of the company are writing posts on public boards bashing their reputation. All my post says is that they lost with a link to the court document haha.
Interesting note: RPX has had eyes on this board since May apparently. Unless that post shows up on a google search. They pulled that up from a while ago though.
