I'm going to be a little more tactful in this but I agree...this PR is littered with grammatical errors and incomplete words. Where I appreciate the update...it's not as professional as it should be! They will not be able to distribute a dividend on grey sheets. They will have to RM first and I bet a wooden nickel now that management is going to use this as a "delay" tactic. They will "act" all surprised and shocked that the SEC, FINRA, DTCC, and other "acronyms" won't let them have their "way". So after stomping their feet and asking Big Bird, Ernie and Bert for some help remembering the "number of the day" management will release a PR apologizing for the delay and continued banshishment to the grey sheets where their dividend promise and other promises are as valuable as the PPS bid which is nothing.

This company has been a scam for over a decade. Can't believe Pinedo, Fanning or any other fraudster associated with PGPM management hasn't served prison time. Are they going to do another reverse merger??? They tried that nonsense with Arcland Energy and distributed worthless shares. How is this stuff legal?

How does one average an increase in production less than 13 days into a quarter? You don't have your results. You have not even received week one yet. You cannot even afford live wire software, and your operator has not even sent you your reports in the mail in 13 days. UPS to your UPS store address has not shown up.

Even if you could afford OGsys, you cannot even read it and it is not accurate until you get your reports on expense, and software like Ogsys cannot plug in the cost, maint., transportation, and purchase contracts until the metrics are included.

What are the lease numbers of these leases and who is the operator???

Shareholders should be demanding that information be given as the repeated requests for it have been ignored. I believe the requests have been ignored because there are no leases,, or if there are, they aren't actually producing anything.

Pilgrim fears being further exposed as the fraud that it is.
