On 01/31/17- C,D & T had settlement conf- IMO they didn't like the big $ BR demanded, so they went via IPR to get better terms and negotiated dollar( Kay said he expected this in advance so they were well prepared for IPR's). But in the process the f'ed up , opened can of worms/dirty tricks they played with SFOR @ http://bit.ly/2gh6QUa and It wont surprise me now that RG is pushing hard for 3x damages
