Yep, their position is emerging from BK a private company, hence no ticker of the old public company.

Take a look at Soup's website. All PR's with the ticker symbol have vanished since at least a few days ago.

Karson's letter to shareholders in December 2016 and all the rest bearing a ticker symbol GONE.

BTW, private companies keep the public informed, nothing new there.
