I am still skeptical until I see the money in the filings. DP won't even announce who the contract is with and today's PR makes it seem like it is not a done deal yet. Why didn't Dark Pulse fly to Indian and get the contracts signed in person? He tweeted something about UK law requires other deal to have director sign when there are witnesses there. So if these are legit billion dollar contracts why would he FedEx them instead of going in person to the job site?
