This is a construction project, at this point it is all intensively fully funded and begun. They are fiancers that step in if needed, one of my buddies does this for a living. At this point the contract is done signed and awarded and DPT has made BVTK aware of the upcoming need for invoices. Its paid in log stages. This is stage 1. They will immediately receive payment and BVTK will immediately be able to invoice for month 1.
