Very true (and LQMT cannot use Eontec's IP in CE). The issue for me is that I don't really care if other companies can use their IP for BMG in the field of CE. I'm interested in the revenue that LQMT can generate.

Then there is the other question of 'what is a Consumer electronic and what is a Consumer Product'

This is easy. Look at the definitions provided in the MTA and the Eontec-LQMT cross licensing agreement. Those agreements will tell you what LQMT is contractually bound to consider to be a consumer electronic device. While such definitions may not apply generally, I am interested in the limitations placed on LQMT.
