Yes, the court date was canceled. I think a deal was struck between the parties. This is more good news and another indicator pointing to the fact that the common shares were not and are not going to be canceled. Longs are going to make some money here. I am Long SOUPQ.

I thought it said the date was cancelled but right above it said 10/16?

I could be wrong, can’t find the doc anymore.

If they did settle or come to there own agreement, then even better
