I understand QA, replacement funding and may have to return 600M.

You think we have to look into shutting down Wmih in the future.

well my explanation is that around june of 2016 the BOD stated they would like to get somethin done withen the next 12 months. Investors tired of waiting are dumping this garbage for something that pays dividends.Lack of action ..period
