For the millionth time, the CE restrictions are only imposed on some CIP patents.
Nowhere in the Cross license agreement are restriction placed on Eontec's Patents, BMG/Magnesium/Aluminium/MIM or on any Eontec Machines.

As an example, did you forget that Li has been promoting the use of BMG in USB-C ports/connectors and Phone backplates/midframes, hinges etc at his Symposium, where Foxconn was present.
