The Aussies are have and continue to finance the AZ test and The Michael J Fox Foundation financed the Parkinson tests. all those are grants of govt offerings they are NOT partners. Maybe we get a partner one of these days. Dr Missling has stated several times we would get a partner for Sales and Distribution.

His reply merely stated what their cash position was, and did not address the full question. The question was in two parts cash and the prospect of a partnership.
His statement did not say 'we have sufficient cash for the next two years AND there is no planned partner involvement or funding to support the upcoming trials'.
This company is imho way too small to deal with the three upcoming trials on its own, and I doubt they have sufficient cash to support all three trials without a partner or partners.
