It's going to be an absolute slaughter, again. WAMU holders are the most unlucky bank shareholders in the history of banks. A double bloodbath, and ten years of waiting for it.. Sickening!
Correction: looking at the 2 year chart, this has already been a slaughter.
General, can you explain further please? For educational purposes only im not selling. Don't quite understand how you can get rid of people with hundreds of thousands of shares? This group alone owning Millions? Thank you
If a person does not trade How can they get into personal accounts to find out how many shares they own, I do NOT BELIEVE THAT. Why WOULD THEY NEED TO KNOW between the after market & pre market,, as nothing changes
...due to the preservation of the NOLs under IRC 382 (no, the NOLs are not gone).
...a 'reverse split as you suggested would create increases in holdings of those who are also the top players in the "yet to be seen Series B renegotiated conversion range."
...so, the 5% holders (by value), cannot exceed collectively a change in control threshold.
...however, I do find that (absent a M&A), a reverse split is possible (5-1 or 7-1); but really won't impact most shareholders (really, 5 to 7 shares).
...IMO, it really is about the Series B's.
...at the time of their original announcement, the conversion range MAX was near the PPS with a $0.50 drop to the FLOOR; under the current PPS, and if they are the 'beast, and they walk it down to $0.75 they could proffer a new conversion range of $0.75-$0.25.
...that would be MASSIVE DILUTION; 800,000 TO 2,400,000 of converted shares in that range (to the RD 210,000 outstanding).
...so, if we don't see a M&A, what will we see?
...Series B renegotiated - which is the BEST option for purposes of IRC 382 (new stock counts, by relative value, even if preferreds) even if paid back (reductions don't reduce the additions; additions are absolute); doesn't leave much 50% room for any other new funding source.
...which, if the 'beast is working, would likely be part of the PR for any SB conversion range renegotiation.
...again, the reverse split is also on the table (before or after resolution of the SB's), for PPS purposes short and long term.
