Ferris said Nasdaq would make their decision in 4 to 6 weeks. Clock started ticking yesterday. Seems to me we will be trading on Nasdaq at some point in first half of December.

Individual investors don’t give a crap about sec or Nasdaq or anything else. An individual wants to own a piece of a great and growing company. They were pitching to people not fund managers.

Registration process.

For clarity sake it should be understood that VirTra HAS FILED its form 1-A with the SEC. This fast track qualification process typically takes less than 10 weeks to complete and in some cases as little as 4 weeks. Once the 1-A has been qualified VirTra will, within 5 days, file a one-page SEC registration on form 8A-12g which automatically REGISTERS the company and its securities with the SEC. That being said I believe everyone can expect VirTra to be REGISTERED in October or November of this year.

The move to NASDAQ will likely happen after VirTra closes its capital raise. Given that the finance world shuts down around thanksgiving it is also likely this will happen by then or not till late January.
