I called FINRA yesterday..Anyone has RO's number and email ?

Your post is both accurate and true, as I have verified this with RO myself.

The most important thing to note about the comments is this:

1) FINRA was asking 20+ questions at a time, and we were taking long to respond.

2) As of 10/04 FINRA had only asked 4 questions, 1 of which was unrelated and of something that happened 17 years ago. We were able to follow up in less than 24 hours.

3) Based on the significantly less questions FINRA have come back with (only 3) and on the fact that we have been able to very rapidly respond to those questions it should be obvious that FINRA has run out of difficult questions and are knit-picking us, perhaps doing a final cross check.

Eitherway, it should be very conclusive that we are at the end of the line here and FINRA is about to announce the ticker change soon. If they come back with another round of questions, it will likely be 1 - 3 questions and we will again respond at blazing speeds. Every rock has been turned and we are in the final hour.

I personally spoke with RO today. He was very gracious and understanding of everyone's frustration.

Explained all of the delays and what caused them.

The most recent comments returned from FINRA were on 10/04/17, and were related to certain NOBO shareholders and also to a lawsuit that was >10 years old and had been dismissed.

He did say that he didn't know when the ticker change would happen, but that we have responded to all of FINRA requests as of last week.
