I personally spoke with RO today. He was very gracious and understanding of everyone's frustration.

Explained all of the delays and what caused them.

The most recent comments returned from FINRA were on 10/04/17, and were related to certain NOBO shareholders and also to a lawsuit that was >10 years old and had been dismissed.

He did say that he didn't know when the ticker change would happen, but that we have responded to all of FINRA requests as of last week.
