Agreed. Why did you say the BK "went through"? There's a difference being in BK vs going through. SOUPQ earned the Q when it entered into the BK. Others posted earlier...SEC never removes the Q.
Will be interested what the private company does. Maybe upgrade its own shares, cancel commons. Basically since WC/Gallant is a privately-held company, they can do whatever they want in this case.
