Speaking for myself, I disagree on the need for anyone to read for three reasons: 1. The ruling was VACATED; 2. The Sacramento share fraud judge just ruled this document to be irrelevant to MEC's share fraud case against Maciora et al; and 3) The person who created the link is unknown.

Here is the exact quote from the Tentative Ruling published December 8.

Maciora's further request for judicial notice of a tentative ruling published in another case in this court is DENIED as irrelevant.

BTW, there is nothing new about a year old filing.
