A-Dog, I think RAKR "mishandled" (probably deliberately) the reverse merger.

They were supposed to post after-merger financials right away, before making wild claims.
The betting public, uh, I men, the "penny stock investors", have no way to check any financial information about Rainmaker, because they haven't posted any.
