Besides, people who don't want to "Roll Their Own" or Smoke out of a Pipe or Bong have no other choice other than to cook with the stuff or make very expensive tea. They HAVE TO buy it that way. Do serious weed smokers really need help rolling? Do they want the smell and tactile elements removed from their reefer? I think that I may know the answer to those questions.
