Do you know what date would be used to count the number of shareholders? Based on your statement we sure won't have them as of 09/30/2017 and probably not by 12/31/2017.
Hi MrDanMan....nice moniker!.....number of shareholders is not an issue. Over 3000 different individuals own VTSI stock.
The 270 number you are citing counts (for example) everyone that has an account at Fidelity as "1", everyone with an account at Scottrade as "another 1"....etc.
VirTra has 161 REGISTERED shareholders but this is not what NASDAQ looks for. The requirement is only shareholders and VirTra has over 2,800 shareholders.
