Companies like this that should have done well but didn’t due to mismanagement, but now have smart business people with money to back it is a dream come true...

It’s all about time. If buying stocks meant all highs and no lows, we’d all be rich. But the reality of the situation is we will see days like today, but we will see even better days in the near future.
