MacPherson - The MOU is a little confusing. However the split occurs on the public side. Based on the valuation of the incoming business, the number of shares issued to the incoming business/acquisition, the effective valuation on the current shares is $0.015 or greater. The reverse split will take these to $0.40 per share. The split will occur at the same time as the acquisition completes.
