This is nothing like that other company, or most any penny stocks -- they stayed away from the ashers and jsjs of the world. No toxic debt in this company.

Having said that, they are far from perfect, but if they can drive some revenue here, or show that the pieces of companies that they own are worth something, this stock can run.

Yeah, I saw the Shawn interview. Very nice. They are lining up people to get behind the company.

What you're asking for is a recission agreement. TelcoSoftware.com deal would be unwound: Riss will have the company returned, and $VSTR would have the 40M shares returned. Then $VSTR needs to cancel the share block and file an 8-k.
