they could keep lowering the ask ,but the problem is crooked ceo of pvsp has his name all over the company...as you can see their not hitting the ask......vstr may have to pay people to take shares........this has pvsp written all over this.

too many people wee burned off lies and their continuous bs.

SO THE CEO HAS THEIR JOB CUT OUT FOR THEM get rid of crooked paul riss shares and void them all.....
