Kern County Voted No on Prop 64 back in November 2016

In addition, there are other cities and counties in California that are starting to ban MJ as we get closer to Jan 1, 2018.

Bakersfield City; a part of Kern County, has banned MJ within the past week.

It will be a matter of whether Board members of Kern county planning board vote on behalf of the majority of its constituents and protect the adults and children of that community or be greedy w/ tax revenues.

Personally, I would not want a cultivation farm, production site, or MJ dispensary anywhere near my home or children. Just like I would not want an adult club, bar, liquor store, cell tower, pawn store, check cashing site near me.
