Rige, if he had sold something, none of this would matter. But he's sold -0- and then he sold a boatload of shares after a new CEO is appointed. That's just mind-bogglingly DUMB.
You can possibly excuse comments made as puffery and off-the-cuff, you can possibly excuse not selling anything for 43 months, but there is no way anyone can excuse a new CEO coming on board, he hasn't sold any product at all and then he sells off a boatload of shares.
Subject is closed in my mind. Hopefully, he's sold something that justifies the sale of the shares as well as him staying on board.
