That's a solid perspective, with which I agree. Though we might not get everything during the 15-min CTAD presentation; it will likely set us up for a series of PRs in the following weeks. Not only trial starts, but also some surprises that could be FDA related. I hardly doubt Missling's scheduled purchases of a measly number of shares/wk was just whimsical: it's no doubt a message of great things to come. The plot thickens as we're nearing the end of the movie.

It will likely be the PK/PD data presented in the context of informing the planned Phase 2/3 (which is I think what you're saying). I hope it includes an OLS plot of the 57-week dose response that they alluded to recently. Part C interim results would be terrific, but not holding my breath since they have not mentioned it.

The good Dr has changed the game plan.. I can only imagine why.

But the "Why" is something we don't know.. what we do know is
As of RIGHT NOW our good Dr is fighting to make a2-73 available as quickly as possible..

We have how many FDA on board?
Record FDA approvals.
Australia .. Safety..

Curative effect on at least 20% of those with death sentence..

And our good Dr wants access to A2-73 right NOW..

DadoFM thank you for your reply. Im not going to put the pressure on the CTAD conference, we have witnessed a few and while we were left amazed at the science, the markets reaction was not so impressed. I have accepted the fact that I dont need the market to confirm for me the science. I understand they are naive to the new MOA we are targeting and or manipulation is taking place but that will clear up soon. I get the feeling though that (coupled with or soon after) the FDA may mention something or "weigh in" publicly regarding our trials. If these are truly cutting edge why wouldnt Dr. Gottlieb use us as am example for others to follow. Will they wait until approval? Much is in play so its anybodies guess but the science I feel is real and only needs to be further confirmed.
