Great day today!!! Probably no one posting on this board truly understands what is going on. Virtra has hired an outside firm who have gone through the NASDAQ and SEC processes before. They must know something that we do not.

Re Tier 2 - Bill, I don't know if anyone answered this, but Tier 2 is related to the SEC filing of the Reg A offering and really has nothing to do with the request to uplist, except that you can't have the uplist without the SEC reporting. As I understand it, the Reg A was a better vehicle to get things moving on the SEC paperwork. I think it was mentioned that the SEC approval time was faster with Reg A. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Here's some info on Reg A:
