It doesn't just need a ticker change ... it needs a CEO change, to someone either with a good reputation, or at least to someone without the reputation of being a scammer (ala MDCN). And, it will need a miracle -- a partnership with someone too good to be true -- to get past the infinitely deep ASK (forever at .0001).
