The only ones who got 'scammed' where the traders that got caught with their Shorts down, While the LQMT Longs have profited.
And yes Team Steipp, the master tacticians, had a hand to play when they withheld the Cross License announcement, just like they withheld the press release of both tranche payments until the Apple event was in full swing, catching more traders with their shorts down.
