The other thing to keep in mind is that the current conversion potential of the notes is over 2.7 Billion shares by the company's OWN calculation. That doesn't even include the hundreds of millions required for the Helpcomm deal.

The AS has less than 2.5 Billion left in room for issuances.

Something has to give.
