The other thing to keep in mind is that the current potential of just one of the DarkPluse deals is over a Billion dollars by the company's OWN calculation. That doesn't even include the hundreds of millions coming in from sources we haven't even heard about yet (but has been suggested by virtue of all of the recent 8-Ks).


The other thing to keep in mind is that the current conversion potential of the notes is over 2.7 Billion shares (by TenKay's summation) so this mean that equity investors could buy them out for a PALTRY 15.5 million dollars at the current PPS....But most likely it will happen for much less.


Sounds like a NO BRAINIER for SMART MONEY!
