"Easy to use;" "Good customer service;" "Sleek websites;" "Partnerships with biggies." That's Nothing! Scores of shopping cart providers claim those features. Many deliver, too.

Simple online carts for the masses have been around for 20 years. Yahoo Stores, to name just one, dates back to 1997.

SHOP is starting to resemble one of those "What-Was-I-Thinking" tech issues from 1998. I won't buy SHOP or anything like it. In general, tech issues are poor investments although few stock newbies know that. There's a reason that Buffett shuns stuff like this.

Should be fun to watch, tho.
