And this case is ongoing well into 2018! Nobody can call this "frivolous" without knowing the exact nature of the case. The judge has seen the case worthy enough to have PNTV put shares in escrow. All this should have been reported by PNTV to share holders!!!! Sorry I was the one to have to tell you guys what the company was hiding in the closet.

Do you think Mark, GLF and PNTV filed the counter suit just to slow down the proceedings? I know almost every lawsuit has a counter suit. Christ even the guy Taylor Swift sued for sticking his hand up her dress on camera, he counter sued her lol.
