I understand. I think the point Toxic raises is valid in this way. If the company is sued (regardless of a pay out value), the damage to reputation and perception of the company is tarnished and resultantly, the share price suffers. No company wants to be taken to court by its shareholders.
That's all false information. The company is not 'tied up' in litigation. The company is doing business in a regular fashion, growing operations etc. Any frivolous lawsuit by a disbarred lawyer will be laughed at by any judge with professional credibility. It's onward and upward for PNTV.
